With the easing of restrictions in Guernsey we have been able to re structure our Bay Swims for this year.
Registration will be on the day of each swim with all swimmers needing to register with the designated official at least 15 minutes before the start of the swim. As restrictions are still in place in the UK we have been unable to source any caps. Due to this, all swimmers must wear a green Guernsey Swimming Club cap. Failure to wear the correct cap will mean that you are unable to swim.
Please see the dates below with the swim start times and minimum age limits. Age is at 31 December 2020.
Pembroke to L’Ancresse
Sunday 28 June. Start time 1pm. Minimum age 11.
Rousse to Amarreurs
Sunday 12 July. Start time 11.30am. Minimum age 11.
Closed Castle
Sunday 19 July. Start time 6pm. Minimum age 11.
Portelet to Fort Grey
Sunday 26 July. Start time 11am. Minimum age 11.
Perelle
Sunday 02 August. Start time 6pm. Minimum age 12.
The Herm Swim will not take place this year.
