We have 5 swimmers from the Club representing Guernsey at this year’s Island Games in Gibraltar. They attended a presentation Wednesday evening to collect their kit but unfortunately Ben was unavailable due to other commitments.
Ronny will be competing in the 200 Breast.
Charlie-Joe – 50, 100, 200 Breast, 200, 400 IM & 200 Back.
Samuel – 1500, 800 Free & 400 IM.
Ben – 100 Fly, 100 IM, 100 Back, 100 Breast & 200 Fly.
Laura – 50 Breast, 50 & 100 Free, 100, 200, 400 IM & 50 Fly.
It’s Ben’s 10th Island Games with him getting medals at every one – so let’s hope for more medals at the next games!
The swimmers attended Beau Sejour on Friday evening to be presented with a gift from the Club for their hard work in front of our second hour swimmers – hopefully inspiring the future generation.
