As we have both Level 2 teachers & Level 2 coaches courses this week swimming is as follows:
Wednesday at St Sampsons High is from 6-8pm. This is for swimmers in the 2nd hour as normal. Also swimmers from lanes 1-6 in the 1st hour are welcome to attend from 6-7pm to be used as bodies for our teachers taking the courses.
Thursday at St Sampsons High is from 6-8pm. This is for swimmers in the 2nd hour who will have a 2 hour session. Swimmers from lanes 1-6 in the 1st hour are welcome to attend from 6-7pm to be used as bodies for our teachers taking the courses.
Friday at Beau Sejour is as normal 6-7pm for 1st hour & 7-8pm for 2nd hour.
Saturday at St Sampsons High for 1st hour lanes 1-6 is from 10-11am. 2nd hour is from 1-3pm.
