To Guernsey Swimming Club Swimmers
It as been noticed that a lot of parents are going poolside to speak to the coaches during lessons. If you have to speak to the coaches please do not interrupt them whilst they are teaching.
In order to enable the coaches to give their attention to coaching the swimmers during lessons it has been decided that parent enquiries be dealt with outside of pool time, If you wish to speak a coaches one will be available from 10am until 10.30am most Sundays. Obviously if you have an urgent enquiry this could be directed to the Liaison Officer (Barry Hallett) or staff in the office who may be able to assist you or pass any messages on to the coaches on your behalf.
The Sunday surgeries will commence after the Summer holidays and a notice will be put on the website and the office window as a reminder.
It has also been decided to put up a suggestion box/letter box just outside the GSC office. The purpose of this if sort parents and swimmers to make any suggestion for the committee members to review and discuss at their monthly meeting.
