The club is changing the way that it keeps information. We have recently started a new system, called SwimClub Manager, which means that swimmers, parents and volunteers can keep their own information updated. The system which currently stores all members information is now out of date and support for this has stopped. The Club Committee felt that something had to be done to improve the way that we work and store data.
Each member/parent will be sent a username and random password which can be used to login to your own account at any time from any location. Your account can be accessed from multiple devices such as computers, laptops, tablets and phones.
Once your receive your login details, please login to check/update your and your children’s information. Please ensure that the swimmers email address is where you would like the invoices to be sent to in the future.
This will save our volunteers valuable time in the office. In the future we hope to use the new system to its full potential.
